Thermophoresis of charged spheroids has been widely applied in biology and medical science. In this work, we report an analysis of the anisotropic thermophoresis of diluted spheroidal colloids in aqueous media for extremely thin EDL cases. Under the boundary layer approximation, we formulate the thermophoretic velocity, the thermophoretic force, and the thermodiffusion coefficient of a randomly dispersed spheroid. The parametric studies show that under the aforementioned conditions, the thermophoresis is anisotropic and its thermodiffusion coefficient should be considered as a vector, D T. The thermodiffusion coefficient values and directions of D T are strongly related to the aspect ratio and the angle θ between the externally applied temperature gradient and the particle's axis of revolution: The increasing aspect ratio enlarges the thermodiffusion coefficient value DT of prolate (oblate) spheroids to a constant value when θ < 60° (θ > 45°), and it reduces DT of prolate (oblate) spheroids to a constant value when θ > 60° (θ < 45°). The thermodiffusion coefficient direction of both prolate and oblate spheroids deviates slightly from −∇T for a small aspect ratio, and such deviation becomes serious for a large aspect ratio.  相似文献

运用多重态计算方法研究了在正八面体对称性的晶体场中Co2+离子的2p电子X射线L2,3吸收边光谱, 研究了Co2+离子和周围的配位离子之间的正八面体(Oh)晶体场效应和相应的电荷转移效应对于吸收光谱的影响. 系统讨论了在多重态计算中起作用的所有物理参数对CoO和CoCl2的X射线吸收光谱特性的特定影响及其物理机制. 将计算得出的光谱数据和同样具有Oh对称性结构Co2+离子的CoO和CoCl2实验光谱数据进行了对比, 在实验光谱数据中发现的特征被确定为来自不同自旋态, 并且光谱强度的变化与晶体场的强度相关, 揭示了其中包含的电荷转移效应. 本文为低对称性复杂系统的多重态计算提供了一个基础的参考标准, 可以适用于含有钴元素或其它过渡金属的复杂体系的X射线吸收光谱的理论计算.  相似文献

等离子体纳米颗粒(PNPs)具有体积小、易表面修饰、生物相容性好、毒性低等优点,在生物传感、生物成像、疾病诊断、肿瘤治疗、材料科学等领域得到了广泛的应用。PNPs的光散射光学性质可以通过调节其大小、组成、形貌和微环境来控制,可用于生化和药物分析。此外,由于单粒子散射显微技术具有高空间分辨率和高灵敏度,借助PNPs具有的独特局域表面等离子体共振(LSPR)特性,可在单颗粒水平进行实时成像。根据PNPs的大小、组成、形态、微环境或耦合变化引起的信号变化,研究人员发展了多种显微成像分析方法,主要分为4种,包括散射光谱的波长位移、单粒子散射强度的变化、高通量RGB分析和计数方法。基于纳米颗粒LSPR散射光谱位移变化的方法准确、灵敏,但需要昂贵的单颗粒散射光谱仪和复杂的操作。基于纳米颗粒散射强度变化的方法简单可行,但易受纳米颗粒粒径和曝光时间等因素的影响。高通量RGB分析方法灵敏度高、成本低,但不适用于颜色变化不明显的单颗粒分析,且重复性差。单粒子计数法灵敏度高,但有时粒子分布不均匀,背景杂质的干扰限制了方法的准确度。因此,这4种定量方法各有优缺点。此外,近年来逐渐发展了一些新的定量方法。例如,研究人员开发了新的时间分辨分析定量方法,并将暗场显微镜与偏振器、滤光片等光学器件相结合以消除背景干扰,以及与电化学、拉曼等仪器相结合以扩大应用范围。此外,为提高分析方法的准确度和灵敏度,暗场显微镜与深度学习、云计算、人工智能等现代计算机科学技术的结合,越来越受到人们的欢迎。基于以上原因,该文重点介绍了单粒子光散射显微镜在生化和药物分析领域的应用,总结了近年来的最新研究进展,讨论了单粒子光散射显微镜在定量分析中的几种主要定量方法,提出了未来的发展趋势,以期为相关研究领域的新人提供一定的学术参考。  相似文献

Multi-functional nanofibers are playing an important role in the optical field, and are widely used in fluorescence indication, product anti-counterfeit identification and smart clothing. Nanofibers with photoluminescence and photochromic functions are already attracting more interest from researchers. In this work, based on electrospun technology, the modified-PMMA nanofibers[PMMA=poly(methyl methacrylate)] with photoluminescence and photochromic functions were prepared through the design of the sheath-core structure(SCNFs 1-4). Compared with other samples, SCNF-4 shows outstanding photoluminescence and photochromic functions. SCNF-4 can produce green light and its fluorescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime can reach 7144 a.u. and 1031.32 μs, respectively. In photochromic functions, SCNF-4 can show purple in 1 min under the 365 nm ultraviolet light, and the color can be preserved for more than 4 h under the sunlight. When SCNF-4 is irradiated by far infrared light, the color of the samples can fade quickly in 40 s. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light of different wavelengths, SCNF-4 can display multi-color fluorescence and achieve a reversible transition between white and purple. The design of the sheath-core structure realizes the complementarity of photoluminescence and photochromic functions of the electrospun modified-PMMA nanofibers, which is important to promote the wide application of multi-functional nanofibers in the optical field.  相似文献

合成了含硝酸根离子的脱水Ni-Fe类水滑石(Ni-Fe HTLCs)并将其应用于室温下的糠醛缩醛化反应。脱水Ni-Fe HTLCs对糠醛缩醛化反应显示出高选择性并基本实现糠醛的完全转化。作为耐水的路易斯酸和脱水剂,脱水Ni-Fe HTLCs被证明是适用于糠醛缩醛化反应的高效双功能催化剂。通过研究发现,脱除Ni-Fe HTLCs中水分导致颗粒收缩并增强层板间硝酸根离子间的电荷互斥,Ni-Fe HTLCs中弱酸性位点在糠醛缩醛化中发挥重要作用,脱水可改变酸性位点结构并增强其活性。脱水Ni-Fe HTLCs可吸收缩醛化反应中产生的大部分水分,但吸水后Ni-Fe HTLCs的结构并不能完全恢复,这可能是由扩散进入HTLCs层板间的有机分子导致。  相似文献

在水热条件下合成并表征了2例基于柔性配体构筑的Co(Ⅱ)-MOFs:{[Co(glu)(bimb)]·4H2O}n (1),[Co(glu)(bix)0.5]n (2)(H2glu=戊二酸;bimb=1,4-双(咪唑-1-基)-丁烷;bix=1,4-双(咪唑-1-基-亚甲基)-苯)。配合物1显示非穿插的(4,4)-菱形网格,通过层间氢键和π…π作用拓展为三维超分子结构。加热失水后1的结构不可逆地降解。配合物2呈现典型的柱-层状三维结构,其拓扑符号为41263,中心Co(Ⅱ)离子采用四方锥构型。此外,性质研究表明:配合物1在水溶液中对染料甲基橙具有显著的吸附活性,配合物2表现出弱的反铁磁行为。  相似文献

The study reports the first attempt to address the interplay between surface and bulk in hydride formation in ceria (CeO2) by combining experiment, using surface sensitive and bulk sensitive spectroscopic techniques on the two sample systems, i.e., CeO2(111) thin films and CeO2 powders, and theoretical calculations of CeO2(111) surfaces with oxygen vacancies (Ov) at the surface and in the bulk. We show that, on a stoichiometric CeO2(111) surface, H2 dissociates and forms surface hydroxyls (OH). On the pre-reduced CeO2−x samples, both films and powders, hydroxyls and hydrides (Ce−H) are formed on the surface as well as in the bulk, accompanied by the Ce3+ ↔ Ce4+ redox reaction. As the Ov concentration increases, hydroxyl is destabilized and hydride becomes more stable. Surface hydroxyl is more stable than bulk hydroxyl, whereas bulk hydride is more stable than surface hydride. The surface hydride formation is the kinetically favorable process at relatively low temperatures, and the resulting surface hydride may diffuse into the bulk region and be stabilized therein. At higher temperatures, surface hydroxyls can react to produce water and create additional oxygen vacancies, increasing its concentration, which controls the H2/CeO2 interaction. The results demonstrate a large diversity of reaction pathways, which have to be taken into account for better understanding of reactivity of ceria-based catalysts in a hydrogen-rich atmosphere.  相似文献

传统纳米药物控释载体主要通过细胞胞吞作用实现药物递送,其主要过程为被动靶向机制,因此会影响纳米载体在肿瘤组织的富集和治疗效果。近年来生物大分子透明质酸因其优异的水溶性、生物相容性、可降解性和肿瘤靶向性备受科研工作者青睐,已被广泛用于药物控释载体的构筑中,并成为靶向肿瘤治疗纳米载体领域的研究热点。本文根据透明质酸基纳米载体治疗机制的不同,从透明质酸基纳米载体在化疗、光热治疗、光动力治疗以及联合治疗的应用方面对其性能进行了总结和评述,并在此基础上展望了未来透明质酸基纳米治疗载体的研究方向和发展趋势。  相似文献

The synthesis of ammonia (NH3) through the electrochemical reduction of molecular nitrogen (N2) is a promising strategy for significantly reducing energy consumption compared to traditional industrial processes. Herein, we report the design of a series of monovacancy and divacancy defective graphenes decorated with single 3d transition metal atoms (TM@MVG and TM@DVG; TM=Sc−Zn) as electrocatalysts for the nitrogen-reduction reaction (NRR) aided by density functional theory (DFT) calculations. By comparing energies for N2 adsorption as well as the free energies associated with *N2 activation and *N2H formation, we successfully identified V@MVG, with the lowest potential of −0.63 V, to be an effective catalytic substrate for the NRR in an enzymatic mechanism. Electronic properties, including Bader charges, charge density differences, partial densities of states, and crystal orbital Hamilton populations, are further analyzed in detail. We believe that these results help to explain recent observations in this field and provide guidance for the exploration of efficient electrocatalysts for the NRR.  相似文献

In this study, molecular dynamics simulation is used to investigate the effects of water-based substitutional defects in zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIF)-8 membranes on their reverse osmosis (RO) desalination performance. ZIF-8 unit cells containing up to three defect sites are used to construct the membranes. These substitutional defects can either be Zn defects or linker defects. The RO desalination performance of the membranes is assessed in terms of the water flux and ion rejection rate. The effects of defects on the interactions between the ZIF-8 membranes and NaCl are investigated and explained with respect to the radial distribution function (RDF) and ion density distribution. The results show that ion adsorption on the membranes occurs at either the nitrogen atoms or the defect sites. Complete NaCl rejection can be achieved by introducing defects to change the size of the pores. It has also been discovered that the presence of linker defects increases membrane hydrophilicity. Overall, molecular dynamics simulations have been used in this study to show that water-based substitutional defects in a ZIF-8 structure reduce the water flux and influence its hydrophilicity and ion adsorption performance, which is useful in predicting the type and number of defect sites per unit cell required for RO applications. Of the seven ZIF-8 structures tested, pristine ZIF-8 exhibits the best RO desalination performance.  相似文献
